Six Hyd cops suspended for accepting bribe

City police commissioner Anjani Kumar on Wednesday suspended four sub-inspectors and two assistant sub-inspectors for allegedly collecting bribe from owners of business establishments. The suspended cops are SI S Kurumurthy of Shahinayatgunj police station, SI D Srinu of Mahankali police station, SI E Shankar of West Zone, SI Ramakrishna from Special Branch, assistant SIs Mohammed Jaffar and Samuel from Jubilee Hills police station.
