Cancellations by cabbies leave customers fuming

Customers with ride hailing platforms such as Uber and Ola have been left fuming over the seemingly arbitrary cancellations made by drivers based on drop destination. “I depend heavily on ride-hailing services for my daily commute. But lately, I have been very annoyed with cab drivers. They accept and cancel rides at will. Some accept the booking, call me to ask the destination and then cancel the ride,” said Talla Shiva, a city-based software professional.
