    HC bars T'gana from evicting forest dwellers

    Justice Challa Kodanda Ram of the Telangana high court on Tuesday delivered a series of orders directing the state of Telangana and its forest officials to not evict the forest dwellers without following the procedure prescribed in the Forest Dwellers Rights Act.
