KCR turns Santa, sets RTC wheels in motion

The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) requires Rs 1,000 crore immediately to replace 2,900 buses which have outlived their utility. In another five years i.e, by 2023, RTC needs to replace nearly 6,000 buses and would require Rs 1,800 crore to add an equal number of new buses to its fleet.
