    No Numaish without fire NOC: HC

    Making it clear that it will not permit the Exhibition Society to hold the Numaish from January 1 if the authorities fail to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the fire department, the Telangana high court on Monday directed the state and the society to furnish details of rescue plans in case of a fire or any other tragedy during Numaish to it by December.
