The AP government is set to bring a new legislation entitled ‘The AP Decentralisation and Equal Development of All Regions Act, 2020’ to shift the administrative capital city to Visakhapatnam. The government, however, would not directly refer the terms such as shifting or relocation of capital city anywhere in the bill.
