GHMC turns to social media to catch litterbugs

Ahead of Swachh Survekshan 2020, the GHMC’s Directorate of Enforcement Vigilance and Disaster Management (EVDM) wing has decided to monitor complaints raised on Twitter and other social networking sites to catch offenders littering public places.
