    20kg gold seized at Vijayawada airport

    Acting on credible information, sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force (CTF) intercepted a private cargo courier and seized 20 kilograms of unaccounted gold ornaments worth Rs 17 crore right outside Vijayawada Airport on Wednesday evening. According to police sources, the courier came in from Mumbai and was collected by people here in the city.
