Demand for masks soaring in Hyd: Medical stores

With the first case of Coronavirus being reported in the city on Monday, many pharmacies across the city are grappling with a shortage of masks and hand sanitisers due to spurt in demand. Pharmacies across the city confirmed that there has been a surge in the number of people trooping in to buy N95 and 3-ply masks as well as hand sanitisers and that inquiries for bulk purchases by institutions too has shot up over two days.
