IT sector expects gradual back-to-work post May 11

The Telangana government’s decision to not offer any relaxations may not have come as a surprise to the IT/ITeS sector, which was prepared for complete work from home (WFH) till May 3, but any extension of lockdown beyond May 7 may have an adverse impact, particularly on small and medium enterprises, IT industry top guns told TOI. The city’s IT sector employs over 5.5 lakh techies.
